Levels and rating: what the airline card tells you

The top-left airline card shows a level, a tier label such as 'Major Airline', a cash balance and a star rating. The reviewed sessions showed level 3 with 5.6 stars, level 5 with 5.1 and level 15 with 4.1 — so rating is not a simple function of level.

Across the recording the airline card moves from a brand-new airline to level 5 with a 5.1 rating, which is the clearest available evidence that level and rating move separately.

What is known about progression

The official description promises career milestones that unlock new aircraft, a ranking ladder against rival airlines and Airline Awards. The interface adds a level number, a tier label and a star rating on the airline card.

None of the thresholds, formulas or award criteria are published. This section therefore records the observed states, explains what each one responds to in principle, and marks every missing number instead of filling it in.

Progression questions

Does a higher level mean a better rating?

The reviewed sessions do not support that. A level 3 airline showed 5.6 stars, level 5 showed 5.1 and level 15 showed 4.1, so rating appears to respond to recent performance rather than to level alone.

What are career milestones?

The official description says completing career milestones unlocks new aircraft as the airline expands. The milestone list and its thresholds are not published, so this site records the promise without inventing steps.

What are Airline Awards?

They are named in the official description as something to win while competing with rival airlines and climbing the rankings. No award categories, criteria or rewards are published.

Is there a prestige or reset system?

No prestige or reset mechanic is described on the official page or visible in the reviewed sessions. The Extra Airline Slot adds a second airline instead of resetting the first.
